Accurate Translator, LLC is headquartered in the vibrant Southwest United States in Phoenix, Arizona. Established in 2006, our commitment to excellence quickly earned us a reputation for quality, reflected in our 5-star rating on Google.
Our client base consists primarily of clients from the U.S. and Canada, with approximately 10% of our business originating from the State of Arizona.
Given the diversity of our clientele, maintaining a physical office presence is cost-prohibitive. However, for clients in the Phoenix area, there is an option to allow notarized or certified translations to be picked up at our Notary’s location.

Upon receiving the page(s), we will promptly send you a written quote via WhatsApp or email. This quote will include details such as the exact price, the timeframe for completion, information about the translation process, approval procedures, certification and notarization options, as well as various payment methods and issuance of printed hard copies.
