Spanish to English & English to Spanish: Most public legal documents of one-page, one-side cost around $85.00 for the full translation, editing, proofing and typesetting. The exceptions tend to be on divorce decrees and some death certificates which can range in price from $85 – 125.00. Documents of over one-page, one-side (for example, a certificate with a front and back) can cost from $105- $145.00.

Other Languages: Documents are translated from other languages into English, but few are translated into other languages from English (except for Spanish). The list of languages served changes often, therefore, it is best to check with us directly if we can assist you.

The physical address aligned with this site is our notary’s office; it is not a public office for Accurate Translator, llc. It also serves as our translation pick-up site for those who are local and wish to pick-up their FINAL translation project once completed. Coming in and waiting for a project to be done on-site is not an option offered. Lastly, the quote will specify that pre-payment is required for any job to commence

The fastest way to get started on your translation is by taking a well-focused picture of the page(s) to be translated and sending it (them) by text (regular SMS or WhatsApp to 480-206-6071 or sending the picture or scan(s) by email to info@accuratetranslator.com. If you are sending an image by text, please send your e-mail address and introduce yourself. Please don’t send the image only without any text about your needs. Within the same business day, a two-page quote will be emailed or texted back to you. Written quotes are available through WhatsApp or email. The quote will go over the exact pricing, notarization options, extra copy pricing, time frame for completion, the review/approval process, expediting options of the finished translation, and methods of payment.

Documents in their native or original format are most appreciated. If the document is under 30MG, you can send it by e-mail to info@accuratetranslator.com If the document is larger, please contact us and we can assist in finding you the best method to send the document.

If you have any special time sensitive requirements, it important to make those known. Otherwise, a time frame will be quoted based on when the project can best be completed in a high-quality manner. This depends primarily on the number of other jobs in queue ahead of your and varies greatly. If it is a slow period, jobs can be completed in as little as 1-2 business days. If the work volume is greater the estimated completion time will also be longer

RUSH translations despite our work volume and those that are needed in less than 24 hours can sometimes be accommodated. Please check with us directly if that is something required. Extra fees may apply if it can be accommodated.

Translations are expedited (a printed hard copy is issued) if required in either a certified or certified & notarized format and you will specify to us which is needed after reading your quote. NOTE: Most translations for use with USCIS DO NOT required notarization. Also, you will have elected to either have the translation mailed to you or chosen to pick it up (if you are local). Expediting only takes place AFTER you have approved a PDF translation or approved it pending any changes you may want us to make.

Any translation required for use in the U.S. by any State, Local, or Federal entity will be accepted provided you submit it along with other required documentation (like the source language document). In the unlikely event any document is rejected within the U.S., the mistake will be corrected or you money will be refunded for that part of the job that was rejected.
